While the organization is not to blame, their intention and vision get lost in translation. However is the Worst place to work in Clermont, They literally Exploit their employees for a very low wage on a part time basis only, but then after the store opened they are advertising jobs at the store back door for a higher pay rate than currently paying their CSI employees. There is really bad management of resources, a worst attitude from half of the management staff which only half of them knows what they're doing n extremely bad planing with people schedule driving people to exhaustion n to make it worst they have more rules than in prison which half of the workforce don't follow. The special drink area is very filthy not every employee keep their utensils clean or follow proper cleaning procedures, n the bathrooms are filthy as well. However and to be fair, the Hoagie (food) area is very clean and code it properly. Overall, after working there for a month n just resigning, I will never have a specialty drink at that store or work for their store again. I simply don't recommend it !!!
