Provided by YP.comGreat Service at a great price! Always helpful and kind. Been with them about 3 years. Recently animals got into my garbage and when they came they not only emptied what was left in the cart but they also cleaned up everything on the ground as well.

Provided by YP.comWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I see that i am not the only one who has had an awful experience with them. I cancelled my service due to my phone calls NEVER being amswered and poor service and in return i was called a b**** by the owner of the company. Spend your money anywhere but with them! I did not curse at her and all i wanted to do was cancel amd i got yelled at as if i was a 2 year old in trouble with the worst person ever. I have never been talked to the way she talked to me. She continuously tried to convince me that she does her job. Actions speak louder than words. Btw... Zero stars is not an option but they do not even deserve one.
I am sorry that you had a bad experience. We try to always be kind and courteous but sometimes in some cases it is difficult. If you experienced poor service, I'm sure it was unavoidable and may have been due to bad weather or a truck breakdown. Since we are a small family owned business we do not have more than one, maybe two, office personnel but always do our best to return every call asap. Without an account name, it is difficult to comment further. Thank you.

Provided by YPmobileAwful customer service. They are very rude. There are other companies for people in White County to use. I'd rather burn my trash than use this company again. They never answer the phone and are rude if they do return the call. I recommend finding a more professional and reputable company. Professionalism is important if something goes wrong. Freeman's act as though their customers are indebted to them instead of dealing with any degree of professionalism.
The allegations stated in this review are untrue. I run the office myself and personally respond to every call. I believe I give the best customer service possible to our many customers. I am never rude, but do stand up for my business. I am in the office Monday thru Friday from 9 to 5 and answer every call except if I am on another line or leave to go to the bank or other errand. I return all voice mail within 24 hours except during weekends. Furthermore, I pride myself for my professionalism and always try my best to keep my customers happy. If you have had a problem with our business, I wish you would contact us personally so I could address your concerns.

Provided by YP.comI have tried several garbage service companies in the area and have found Freeman's Garbage to be the most reliable. Not only that, they are the only garbage service who have an actual business location where I can go to pay my bill. I think all the other garbage services run their business out of their homes. I find them very professional and very friendly and helpful whenever I call. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!

Provided by YP.comThis company has been going down hill in service. and will not refund the unused portion of money if you wish to stop there service.
Customers are required to pay 3 months in advance for service which is non-refundable. It is considered a 3 month "verbal" contract. If a customer is having a problem with our service, all they have to do is call us & we will make every effort to remedy the problem. We are a small family owned & operated business and are very dedicated to providing the best service possibly to "our" community. We have customers that have been with us for 10-15+ years. Please note that we do not show a customer in our data base whose name is Jack Thalken so this may be a "bogus" review.
