White County Homework Center Summer Program is a part of White County Schools, which enrolls more than 3,500 students in elementary, middle and high schools. The district s schools are accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS). It operates through curriculum, finance, maintenance, technology, transportation, testing, special education, and personnel and planning departments. White County Schools works to meet the academic and extracurricular needs of students through its schools. Through its White County High School, the district provides classes in English, math, social studies, vocational education and fine arts. Additionally, White County Schools organizes a variety of intramural athletic events and football, softball, wrestling, and track and field tournaments.
