I am so displeased with the level of service this shop provides. By the way, it's also doing business as African Hair Braiding.



I called and scheduled an appointment for my 10 year old daughter and was quoted $160.00. That price to me was exhorbent but when my sister dropped her off, she was quoted $170.00. The additional charge was for the purchase of the hair but excuse me, for $160.00, that's not already included? When I called, the lady began speaking in her native tongue to another person while I was on the phone and I'm assuming about me! EXTREMELY RUDE! When I go to the salon, I don't bring my own relaxer or curlers so why do I need to bring the hair and pay you this outrageous amount?! I would be more inclined to return to this shop and give it a better rating but the level of service was not worthy of anything higher than one star.
