The Sales personnel that work at Sunshine say that problems with garments can be addressed at their store location, however that is not true. Be sure you try anything on and that it fits properly. Also look for poor workmanship in dresses. My Fiance bought a corset at the Pagan Pride Event in Bedford in August and got the wrong size.I had attempted to try it on and the sales personnel put it on me upside down! My fiance went back to try to surprise me and purchased it. It WAS Never worn, in PERFECT CONDITION with tags in place. Just wanted one that fit! Would NOT EXCHANGE IT. I paid retail for a Garment that does not fit and I can not use. As one of the Sponsors and Facilitators Of the PPD Event, We try to patronize the businesses that are at the event. This was a HUGE MIstake. There was also no receipt given, or anything with the store name on it. Of couse trying to return this item, there were a list of rules and regulations, and after talking to the owner-DOUG was convinced even more that I will NEVER spend money at , or refer this business to any one I Know. I understand retail, I own a store too! I would never refuse to exchange something of like kind and quality in the case of an incorrect size. I don't know ..did he think I would buy another one.
