Freightliner (esp Cleveland) is an awesome company to work for. They are notorious for lay-offs but all new hires are warned of that when they get hired. (My orientation person said, "it's not if you get laid off, but when".) They pay employees great, offer overtime & good benefits, and wage raises the longer employed. I was only employed for a few months until laid off, but I don't regret working here at all. I don't plan to return working here again if ever offered because of the possibility of layoffs, but I won't belittle the fact that Freightliner is a good company to work for.

This place doesn't screen its applicants correctly. I reported the issue to HR and they don't seem to care. If you just got out of prison head here for a job. They won't check.
