Awesome company to do business with! Customer service is top notch! I had a desktop system put together for running a cad/cam system, and Elena was a huge help! I used to use Dell products, but not anymore. These guys are so easy to deal with. No run around, and getting transferred all over the place. My package came professionally packed, and it worked perfectly when I set it up!I

I will continue to do business with them in the future.

I'm very tech savvy and immediately upon receiving mycomputer from ALLPCZONE/ COMPUTER LX it had one of the worse computer problems I have ever encountered! It hard freezes up to several times a day to where the screen is frozen, mouse, keyboard and power buttons do not work. I contacted technical support and was given the run around and stalled the entire 1rst year of my purchase. In addition I was told if I wrote a negative review it would void my warranty. Once the year was up I was on my own. I have had to replace the Motherboard, Psu, harddrive to a ssd, Ram, operating system and many more things. In the end none of these things fixed the issue. It turns out the computer had a bad Cpu/Processor. I was told by them to contact the manufacture, that was the end of them helping me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Buying from this company. I have barely been able to use this 800.00 dollar computer since I got it 14 months ago because of this problem. Also the technical service representative Edward was very rude.

I am sort of upset because ComputerLX / AllPcZone screwed up and didn't give me what I paid for, and on top of that this brand new computer they sent me didn't work the day it arrived! I think these guys don't know what they're doing, and I highly recommend you stay away from them.



It could be the "positive" reviews listed here are fakes made by that company. This wouldn't surprise me at all. I mean you can get lucky and pay to have a system they send you repaired by another vendor, but forget about their warranty since you have to deal with really rude and mean people if you want to use it (plus you have to pay shipping).



Also you might not get all the parts you paid for, I sure didn't. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I ordered a PC from all pc zone back in November. It was NOT shipped on time.

Broke down after 48 hrs. Had to send it back. 60 days later it stopped connecting to the internet. They had me working on it for 2 days, but finally the technician said it's a hardware issue. They wanted me to ship the part, and have me working on it. I told them I wanted either they to install the part, or pay for a 3rd party professional to install it. They refused both. If you really want a custom PC, please do it yourself, or deal locally!

Wow! I can't say enough for the quality of Computerlx's product and service. I was helped by a fellow named Gene over the phone, and he made the experience of building my first custom PC enjoyable and rewarding. Gene helped me upgrade my computer to fit my budget, and even helped me save money where I could. I've been using the computer that we built for a week now and it's screaming fast and does just what I had hoped for and more. I plan on building a computer for the office in the near future and it will definitely be through Computerslx!

I spoke to Elena and she was super helpful making sure that the system I put together was going to be the best for what I wanted. We juggled a few things around to make it work for my budget but overall I'm very pleased with the cost, the ease and THE SPEED oh my goodness I ordered it on tuesday and got it on thursday. like literally tuesday afternoon i got on the phone and thursday mornin g it arrived. wow talk about fast.

I do not have strong enough words to describe just how good of a deal I got or especially just how good the followup and support is!!!!

I made a mess by installing programs wrong, it does not matter, the support team will stay on the phone with you for hours if neccessary. Which is what they did with me.

Very knowledgeable and very nice to deal with.

I have reccomended All PCZone to my friends and the people that I work with, and I would highly reccomend them to you.

This is an A+ out fit!

My last experience with HP customer support was just terrible. I searched on line and found AllPCZone-ComputerLX, and never regretted it. Order was fulfilled in a timely manner. All my questions were answered with the best knowledge and fast. PC was customized to all my needs. Computer came in overnight delivery in great condition, professionally and safely packed. I needed a good solid machine without an operating system to replace my Ubuntu Linux driven, old faithful Athlon T-bird with 1 gig of DDR266. The AMD dual core with 4 gigs of ram is more than enough for Linux Mint 12, The onboard GeForce 7025 has plenty of juice to run my monitor with wide open X Server settings using an NVidia driver. Great price, I ordered 12/19 and Fed Ex pulled up to my door the morning of the 22nd. It arrived in perfect shape with great documentation, motherboard manual and CD. The wiring was done well. No trouble adding my old hard drive on an IDE channel, BIOS settings were no problem. I've let the machine run for pretty much all of the last week without a hiccup. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a higher end machine from ALLPCZone/ComputerLX.com. Very satisfied on all fronts. Thanks.

We bought top-of-the-line computer with "military grade" parts from AllPCZone on the 10/24/2011 for 2203$. On 11/08/2011 we had first catastrophic failure and lost all our data.

AllPCZone sent us another hard drive for replacement with instructions how to install. After successful installation we had another catastrophic failure in less than a month (01/02/2012). No any configuration changes were made by us at any point of time. The computer is the "lemon". We want full refund in this case and company refuses to do this. Instead, company accuses us for hardware failures. We are in computer business for more than 20 years (me and my wife) and very well understand that the problem is in the quality of the product. Apparently, their advertisements about "military grade" components are far from reality. From internet research we saw unhappy customers of AllPCZone with similar problem.

Customer purchased this unit without Operating System from us. The first failure that he had was his OS crashed, he thought it was the hard drive, we repalced the hard drive but later on found when we recieved the defective hard drive back it turned out that the OS was partitioned the wrong way causing registry errors, all that had to be done was the OS to be re-installed and partitioned correctly which is this case it was not. Of course that was our fault, even though we only sold the hardware not the software. We have absolutely no clue what the 2nd failure is since customer is refusing to talk to us, we will gladly help if customer so wishes.
