Poor management.

well let's review since new management has taken over in the last few years

I can't even keep count anymore how many times the doors have been locked and not yet open around 8-9AM when they "open" at 7:00am

Management clearly does not even care that they loose business when their machines break for long period of times to where they have to send customers away

I am fed up with this kind of business, how they have stayed open this long is beyond me, I for one will NEVER go there again, I'm done!
