I'm not sure why the previous reviewer had his undergarments up in a bunch because if you call any other computer repair place, they'll tell you that 99% of the time they can't fix whatever the problem is because the nature of computer viruses is to infiltrate the entire o.s. This means that even if the problem was found in a specific location on the hard drive and then removed, this does not guarantee that the virus/problem is eradicated. The computer may appear to run 'better' than when you brought it in to get fixed. But it's only a matter of time before the same problem resurfaces.



Bottom line: Aris comp's is an honest and helpful business and I will definitely continue to give them my business. Oh, and if you don't know any thing about comp's, Eric will take time to explain everything to you so that you can be proactive in preventing future problems.

Not professional, Tech`s are horrible, the store is a dump and not organized. This place is what happens when someone has a little knowledge then hires his buddys to work and hang out. Another " sorry...gotta wipe your hard drive and re format" store. Save your self the money and attitude and take your repair to someone who is certified and can actually locate the problem and not replace parts till they get lucky and find it.
