It also offers case management, podiatry, substance abuse and mental health counseling, and prenatal and postpartum care services. The center additionally provides HIV counseling, testing and treatment services. The Care Alliance Health Center offers medical services at Cosgrove Center, The City Mission, New Life Community and Saint Malachi Center on an outreach basis.
