My wife and I hired CTS four our wedding transportation. At the end of the night while I was settling payments with my other vendors the last shuttle of the night left my wife, her family, and myself stranded at the venue.

My brother was even on the shuttle and tried to explain the situation, but the driver could have cared less.

I did receive a follow-up call from management offering me $100 whole dollars off me bill. Was just about enough to cover the multiple Uber’s I had to purchase to get everyone home safely.

I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

My wife and I used this company for transportation in December when there was a benefit at the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame and they provided us with door-to-door service and the vehicle had plenty of room to store my amp and guitar that I had brought with me. They give you a business card to call when you would like to be picked up and are there waiting when you come outside like a limo would!!! A+++ will be using again!
