From the time I reached the front desk, until I drove out was just minutes. The agent at the desk was efficient, friendly and fast. Sometime renting with a debit card is problematic, not so here. As I walked out to the cars, an agent met me and verified my rental needs, led me to a selection of cars and I was on my way.
Overall, I'd rent again.

Great - very easy to reserve, car was clean and gassed up, turning it in was just as easy. Would definitely do it again.

The staff is always great the cars are always clean and ready to go. The staff is always knowledgeable and always visible when I come to rent a car. I always recommend Enterprise to families and friends. Thank you for your service

They guy offered us a minivan upgrade not sure why....

then he gave us a car that seemed to have not been cleaned but I was tired and just went with it

The car served its purpose well low gas mileage and overall I was pleased with the cost

We rented a mini-van for our trip. The process went smoothly and the Enterprise staff were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The van worked out well, and we did not have any problems with it. I would recommend renting from Enterprise at the Cleveland Airport location.

Your people at locations in Cleveland airport and Detroit airport were rather amazing. However, at DTW where the driver asked for which airlines, we arrive at his first stop, he says "this is both your locations" and I get off. My terminal is actually another, a loooong way away, by airport shuttle.



BTW, it would be great customer service to warn your customers of the BP station that is off the exit that is posted as the one for rental cars. I stopped there, and discovered that the gas was not $1.49 per gallon as it was all over Detroit area, but over $3 per gallon. It would have cost me an additional $40 more to fill the tank, fortunately I had my GPS device and navigated to another gas station. At that BP, you can't visually find another station.

Love Enterprise. They are efficient and courteous. They took care of all requests and they do a thorough check of the vehicle before we take off.

Although the car was very good, the experience of renting a car at the Cleveland airport, at least at the moment, was exasperating. Had to wait at the counter for way too long, the walk to the car outside in the cold was cruel, and the help at the car was poor. There was even a delay trying to exit the lot. Not good at all.

Love these guys! We always rent through Enterprise because they have great customer service at competitive prices. They strive to get us on the road as quickly as possible and the return process is very speedy.

I have no negative reviews for this facility,totally satisfied with the vehicle and the personnel associated with the Cleveland/ Hopkins, airport Enterprise office. Thank I Will Be Back in May.

When I arrived at the Enterprise counter at the CLE rental location, the counter person was very helpful. When I went out to the lot I was given a choice of five full sized vehicles. You can get inside them to make sure you are satisfied. You make the decision for what you want. The lot person explained all the gadgets for the 2015 Ford Fusion that I selected. It had 9K miles on it. It is up to YOU to select what you want to drive before driving out the lot. I like the unlimited miles for my rental contract. I opted for Enterprise to fill up the car with gas. The area price was $2.40/Gal. The Enterprise cost was $1.88/Gal. It is very convenient to allow Enterprise to manage everything when you drop off at check-in. I was quickly taken back to the airport via shuttle. I appreciate all the helpfulness from staff. They actually care. If you select a car with 40,000 miles or it has an offensive odor, then it is on you. I was given a selection of five different cars. I sat in each one before I selected the Ford Fusion. I highly recommend Enterprise for visiting or business. If you have any questions, please ask them. They always have an answer with a smile. I appreciate the people in the lot to make sure I am totally familiar with all the cool gadgets. I was impressed with the Ford Fusion. Thank you Enterprise.

The agent took time to review the electronic features on the new Ford Fusion I rented. Also for the first in all of my rental experiences over 30 years, she showed me how to open the gas cap. I giving 5 stars for a nice new car rental experience and excellent service.

The cheapest vehicle cost me 490.xx for the week. It had over 40,000 miles on it and was not clean. Nowhere near the type of value deserving of my time and money. The agent at the airport counter was nice professional and had to deal with the computer system being down. I don't blame him for my discontent.

I received a vehicle that smelled like smoke. I had the hardest time trying to switch this vehicle out. Did not realize the smell was so strong because it was received with windows down and we drove to hotel that way. After rolling windows up and using the air, had to take my inhaler three times. I would not recommend this location nor the location in Bedford where the vehicle was swapped out at. Clearly they do not check their vehicles. The guy at the Bedford location Phil was so unprofessional and tried to tell me he did not smell anything. I guess he thought I wanted to spend my 4 days in Cleveland at Enterprise. The vehicle either has been smoked in or highly fragranced. Have never had a problem out of any Enterprise in any other state. However, this was it for me and my family.....NEVER Again!!!!

I was always under the impression that Enterprise Rental was a lower end rental car company, but they are just the opposite. I really liked the professionalism of their employees. I initially was getting a midsize SUV, but after some minor issues, they immediately found me another vehicle without delay. Very Smooth!

Long day due to airline delays so we really appreciated the efficient friendly service! We would have saved money if we had gone with the fuel option. Local stations were a fair distance and more expensive.

Reserved the car online, flew in, transport from airport to rental center was prompt, staff was very polite and processed the rental quickly. Recommend the fuel service as fuel options are limited in area.
