Provided by YP.comThis has been my favorite bike shop for at least 7 years now. I really appreciate the no-nonsense approach of the owner (Al). He efficiently checks out whatever needs to be checked, and gives me the prognosis--sometimes on the spot, or by phone if the problem is more complicated. He is experienced in bikes, and it shows.
I haven't bought a bike at this shop, but the prices for repairs and the basic accessories are the most reasonable I have found anywhere. Al never ever tries to sell me anything--He is not a salesman, just a good, honest guy.
If you want the latest high-tech bike or gear, then go to the high-end dealers. If you want honesty, go to Fleet.

Provided by YP.comWhen visiting Cleveland I needed a tube and it put in to fix a flat so I could get out on the trails in the morning. I was worried after reading the one other review on this shop but there was no need to worry. This is a true small business, old fashioned mom and pop business. Yes there was two large friendly dogs that didn't smell in the shop. The fellow answered the phone in person when I called at 8:30 and let me know he'd be there open at 9am when I arrived and able to change my tube while I waited. The owner came out of the back when I arrived, changed my tire faster than the last 4 tires I had changed at other expensive so called professional shops and charged me a more than fair price to do it. He carries reasonable priced used bikes, gloves and small pick up items and he would be the first place I went to if I lived in town for repairs and tune ups. He also told me why I was likely getting the flats and didn't try to sell me anything extra though I did notice nothing was over priced. Give this place a shot. Great business for small reasonably priced repairs and not too busy to do it for you.

Provided by YP.comStay away and go to a reputable shop where you can get professional work done.
I took my bike there and the place was dirty and smelled like dogs. It was dingy and dark and the owner seems to not take an interest in your bicycle issues.,instead he tries to sell you the extras for a cheap price. The tune ups are nothing more than oil on the chain and brakes. I had to take my bike to another shop on my way home to get the proper adjustments. If you want good service and you want things tuned up right and correctly please consider taking your bike to a reputable full service bike shop!
