The Early Childhood Center offers pre-kindergarten services to children between the ages of 3 and 5. The center provides full- and part-time programs for children with special needs. It offers opportunities to grow intellectually, socially and physically. The center employs a staff of more than 20 people. The Early Childhood Center provides classes in art, history, science and math. The center offers opportunities to participate in several activities, including cooking and music. It is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. In addition, the center organizes field trips to libraries, lakes and museums. The Early Childhood Center is a part of the Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District.
