The team takes care of the medication and treatment to provide comfort care. The organization also offers 24-hour continuous care for patients to manage pain and acute medical symptoms. Additionally, it provides inpatient care where patients may be admitted to the Hospice of the Western Reserve or to a participating hospital inpatient hospice care unit. It also provides up to five days of respite care to caregivers respite from the many demands of providing daily care.
