After reading some reviews here I was cautious to drop by but low and behold, I had a great experience here. I thought the selection was really amazing. They have a ton of gemstones, sterling silver beads, seed beads, and closures. When I was in they were low on one kind of closure I was looking for, but hey, even the grocery store runs out of milk sometimes!

I was treated really well by the owner and her daughter showed me a really great way to end the necklace I was working on, I had never learned to do it that way. Thanks! We actually ended up talking for a really long time after I bought some stuff. I will definitely be back soon!

to be completly honest with you i find the owner of this store to be incredibly rude! my daughter asked nicley to us there restroom and after dening her in a very crude way the owner procede to bad talk her after they thought i had left the store. i tell everyone one i know to never go to this bead store and i recoment a much better store called "Bead Q" 8584 E Washington St Chagrin Falls, OH 44023, its great!
