We are one of the neighbors-constant use of our private driveway by visitors and renters does in fact irritate us and has been reported and our counselman is working on a solution-maybe meters, maybe restricted parking for drop off only...many neighbors are not happy with the garbage dumped from vehicles of both renters and visitors-imagine what their apartments look like...kids are many times unattended, basketballs etc often hit cars, nasty, loud and vulgar language and music from cars, apartment windows that are open, and in the grass area and in front of doors on Bartter Avenue side...with kids present to hear this crap...open can drinking and drug use-renters complain of non-locking security doors, doors left open in all weather, profanity aimed at others including kids, condoms and needles found on the premise-round the clock high end cars visit for drug sales or drop off for sale use-hummers, jags, etc...this list could go on with 9 years of living here-a select few every year...with a lot of good folks renting there as well...this place is being watched so it is only a matter of time until folks get picked up...we have seen this happen every year...I have to give a rating to save and post so the one star rating is NOT my rating at all-a ZERO rating would not even suffice...don't rent here unless you like what you read...
