I paid my loan off for my car. I am in a different state. Wouldn't you think a bank would be grateful for my money and show their appreciation? Not these folks. I now need the title for my car ASAP, and I was lead to believe that all I need to do is go to my SOS office and request a title transfer from Ohio to my state. My car is in for a trade-in, I go to the SOS, and was told, nope, you need to get with Ohio...great! I called the bank I gave a lot of money to only to be told that I need to jump through a ton of hoops and then wait 20 plus days to get my title. In the meantime I agreed to buy this other car, and thanks to Key Bank, I am the proud owner of 2 cars and all the responsibility that comes with 2 cars. I would think that a professional business would issue out a letter saying, "Thank you for banking with us and now that your car is paid in-full, this is what you need to do to get the title for your car". Not real happy with you folks right now gr-r-r-r-r
