my son made a rather large purchase recently and we were both very satisfied with the knowledge and kind staff woman Stacie. She helped my son make a choice that would best suit him. You can tell she and Jay really care about the animals and want the best for them as well as the customer. It was refreshing to find a pet store that has that personal touch and not just making a sale. Thank you King Neptune, I'm sure Phyllis will live a long and happy life.

There is very few people in this shop that knows what they are talking about. This is moreso a store for someone that has been in the pet hobby for a while because very little information is given. There are two people that are awesome with getting information given to you correctly but their names are forgotten as of right now. There is an older white lady with short hair, glasses, and is always in a tank top and shorts; as well as a younger black guy with glasses. They were the original staff from the store they had on 71st.
