I will never go there again. Very rude no customer service i wanted to get my nails done but the said that there was no one to do them. There was workers there then. some one ales come in the had time for them but not for me is that a good place to get your nails done?? What do you think?? i think the suck!!��������

When I walked in I was surprised to see it so nicely decorated. Looked like an upscale spa, unfortunately the only positive in this place. First of all, terrible customer service, the nail techs looked like they all just rolled out of bed, and just graduated cos school. On top of that my nail tech told me it would be 12 $/nail for nail art!! Ha yeah I walked out and went across the street to creative nails where I was super pleased!! This place sucks you in with promotions and then overcharge for every single thing, such as cutting and filing..come on now, thats included in every other nail salon Ive ever been to!!

I went here last week, and I had Kayla, she was nice, upbeat, and VERY professional. I would definitely recommend her. She did my gels and gave me a lottsa hottsa pedicure, and everything is still in tact. My gels haven't budged, and my pedi still looks amazing.

there's a lot of pros and cons about this place. Pros: cheap prices for services, relaxing atmosphere, tons of TV's with all-you-can-watch HGTV, amazing pedicure massage chairs, convenient location, they're open 7 days a week, and my toes ended up looking great! Cons: the reception staff appeared lazy or bored, some of the techs weren't very professional in appearance, and even though i was on time for my appointment i had to wait an extra 15 minutes or so for it to begin. Lastly, I was kind of on the fence about how my nail tech told me she had just gotten her license, but she did a great job so i will go back to her. everyone's gotta start somewhere.
