I went to this store thinking they would fix my laptop after paying well over $400 and being assured they could fix it I left feeling happy. fast forward almost one year later after countless calls back and forth they gave me the run around. I had to drive 45 minuets to get to the shop I would call and they would assure me that it would be done the next day, gave me a time to pick it up and everything. I would drive out to the shop only to find that my computer was not finished! Finally getting a third party involved they confessed that they NEVER told me they could fix my computer and in fact told me that they COULD NOT! So then they offered to "buy" me a laptop, I was ecstatic finally the situation was going to be rectified! when in reality the computer that they "bought" me was junk, no where near comparable to the laptop that I had originally, I was so upset, and they had the nerve to say that they were doing me a favor?! Needless to say I will never be returning to that shop ever. SO SHADY

This place is TERRIBLE! Very poor customer service and they attempted to rip me off. The owner Wassim tried to feel me out to see what I would pay. Then agreed to do it for LESS THAN HALF the price he originally quoted me after I balked at the price. Their employee Dave is the rudest person I ve ever met. Very condescending and arrogant. They didn t fix my computer AND they broke/disabled my PS/2 ports on the back. They lied about their price, never returned my calls and treated me SO RUDELY in front of other customers when I came to pick up my computer I was absolutely mortified! I would NEVER go there again and would advise anyone else to steer clear of theese guys. There are plenty of reputable places offering the same services who won t try to rip you off and will treat you right. ZERO STARS! HORRIBLE customer service! Frank in Brooklyn, Oh.

They fixed 2 computers for me very quickly. Last week, I broke the screen on my laptop, and luckily they had it in stock and back to me the same day. I was impressed and brought my sons laptop in that evening for a virus removal and got to pick it up the next day. The owner personally took care of us, and I was very impressed. Highly recommended.

After reading the previous reviewers I would have to say that the pc hero doesn't have the best business. Well....In my personal opinion they just had a bad experience. I had nothing but the best. It was lacking in certain areas that is the reason for the 3 stars but it is not as bad as the other 2 reviewers make it out to be. Good luck pc heroes.

I took my computer in informing the customer service guy that it had a virus on it. Four days later after making several calls to check on the status of my computer they told it " it had a virus on". WOW I wish I would have known that!!! I ended up taking my computer home still with the virus on it. Can it really take four days to figure that out. I guess I should have taken the advice of the other reviewer and took it up the street.
