Stay away!! The administration are unethical and unprofessional. They tried to double bill for physical therapy, that is bill Medicare and then have us pay privately as well. They tried to bill us for days my mother was not there and they tried to hide the fact that if you use their pharmacy you pay much, much more than Walgreens or Walmart for copays. The first 5 days they made my mother sit in a wheelchair even though she does not use one and would not let her go to the bathroom on her own. When she would press the call button they would not come and would make her urinate herself and she was demoralized. The therapy department are inept. They do not have phones, email, no communication and do not return phone calls. Just stay away.

I visited a friend at Parkside Villa today and although the place was beautiful and clean it was terribly loud. The sound of the nurse call alarm was blaring non stop. It blares throughout the whole patient hallway and it is very disturbing. I was a nervous wreck by the time I left. I don't know how anyone can get any rest there.
