National City Equity Partners, also known as NCEP, is a private equity firm with approximately $1 billion of capital under management. Founded in 1979, the firm is one of the oldest bank-affiliated private equity groups in the United States. It invests in partnership with other private equity firms and as the sole institutional investor with management and business owners. The firm makes investments of up to $20 million in independent private equity funds.
