All bad.... Whole experience terrible

I am here for treatment currently. I was the first person here when they opened and it has now been two hours, still haven't even seen let alone spoke to a doctor. This place is a joke don't waste your time, go to the ER

TERRIBLE SERVICE, that bordered on racist!!! Slow service. Only 2 people called to be checked in before me and that took an hour. One person waiting actually said "So this is URGENT care?" The front desk worker was lazy and had no compassion. The front desk person is SO important to any organization and when they fail at their jobs it is a representation of the company. She does a poor job of relating to people who are obviously ill or they wouldn't be there. I was turned away from service after waiting an hour because she was so lazy that she refused to make a phone call on my behalf to the insurance company to get an issue fixed so that I could be seen. I would NEVER, EVER go back to this place and I am telling all my friends NEVER to go near it unless they want to die waiting for medical care. I'm only giving this place one star because it requires it, otherwise they wouldn't get anything from me!!!

Refused services

I brought my 2 year old son to this facility for a cough and congestion. After signing in and waiting 30 minutes, i was called to register. After telling them his age, they told me the doctor didnt want to treat a 2 year old today. Then referred me to another urgent care. When did it become legal to refuse someone treatment because of their age? Those people disgust me.

Hippocratic Oath

I took my 5 year old son who couldn't stop coughing to this facility at 7:30 pm on 4/23/2013. I was told they register their last patient 30 minutes before closing which was 8:00 pm. I told the lady at the front desk that it was only 7:30. She then shut the door and locked it and closed the blinds. I have never seen a more unprofessional move and I hope the doctors know that because the lady at the front desk is lazy, neither I, nor anyone that I know will ever go there again. "Do no harm" and help others, as long as its before 7:30. I hope that miserable piece of trash understands that my 5 year old suffered because of her laziness.
