Very unprofessional and rude. I would rather represent myself than ever use this lawfirm. Once they get your retainer fee, they don't care about your case nor do they keep you informed of any progress that has been made. They rarely return your phone calls and make you feel bothered for calling them. I felt very disrespected and uncomfortable working with them. I researched and found another lawyer to work with outside of this firm because I couldn't help but feel as if I were throwing my money away by using them. I've worked with a few lawyers in my past, and this law firm by far has been the worst experience I've had.
