AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!
They delivered to the wrong address.
They installed the fridge door incorrectly (the installation guy couldn’t figure out the directions - it’s kind of scary that an appliance installer does not know how to install a fridge door).
They broke my cold water shutoff trying to install my washer.
The scratched my dryer.
They didn’t balance the washer before they stacked the dryer on top of it and now it will not spin.
Three weeks of not fixing any of the above and the owner, Sharon, told me that it’s “not her problem.”
Really poorly run business that just wants to run your credit card and does not have any attention to detail or focus on quality.
Go ANYWHERE else!!

I found the staff of Snow Bros Appliance to be very helpful and engaging. They were kind and patient and informed me of how the ohio Appliance rebate plan worked. They recomended that I register for the rebate while I made a decision and they show what products qualified and which ones did not.

We've bought from Sears, Circuit City, Best Buy and H.H. Gregg -- never Snow Brothers. But now that we've seen their prices (lower), the expertise and professionalism of their sales staff (knowledgeable but not pushy), and the overall operation, we'd never go anywhere else!
