What's not to love about the SouthSide Diner? The food is hearty and delicious, the service personable, and it has a great family-owned and run, hole-in-the-wall vibe. The seating area is small, but for me this just adds to the charm. I have never been disappointed with the food there, whether for breakfast or lunch. Love love love it!

South Side Diner is a great place to catch breakfast or lunch. It has a refreshing family-owned atmosphere, and the prices are very reasonable. We usually go for breakfast, and a few of my favorites are the waffle, biscuits and gravy, and the breakfast burrito. I also love their coffee. My wife and I have been going there periodically for over a year, since we moved into the area. Whenever our relatives or friends are in town, we take them to South Side Diner, and they always ask to go back!

I just have to say for being open only a few months, this has to be some of the best homemade food I've had in awhile. The prices are actually pretty good also, especially their $1.99 breakfast, which by the way has my favorite bacon...thick sliced peppered bacon. But besides that, their corned beef hash is the bomb. And one of my favs is their gyros, which is the real thing shaven off the spit with his homemade gyro sauce. I can never finish those things its so big. I can go on and on, but you have to try the place for yourself. Too bad their not open a little later though. LOL
