Just picked my car up. Dropped it off yesterday for a transmission after they diagnosed my car it turned out to be a sensor. This shop is honest they saved me alot of money and got me back on the road. I will definetly bring all my transmission work here.

Great experience! I called broke down on the side of the road and they towed me in and had my car ready the next day!The price was lower than other places I called which made me skeptical, but the price remained the same at pick up, no surprises. My 2006 explorer is running like new!

VERY poor customer service AND repeated unsuccessful attempts at replacing my transmission:
- required 3 separate attempts / visits to replace my faulty transmission
- receptionist and mechanics were abrasive and judgmental every time I had contact with them
- repeatedly returned my car with grease marks on the interior / exterior AND smelling like smoke (I do not smoke, nor had anyone that ever rode in my car)
- after their short 12-month warranty expired, I visited a dealership to trade-in my vehicle and was informed that my transmission needed replacement…felt like I had been robbed of my money and time.

I am at loss how this place is still in business – I can only guess that it doesn’t rely on repeat customers. Also, due to the unexpected urgency of not having transportation – customers don’t have time or patience to adequately research reputable mechanics…I chose this place because it seemed like a specialty shop that would expertly and efficiently fix my vehicle. It ended up being my worst consumer experience.

Please save yourself the time, expense, and aggravation – take your business elsewhere!!

The Good: They offered free towing and a lot cheaper than other shops,The Bad: . Initial transmission installed did not up shift properly and as it shifted, bumped into third gear and then bumped into overdrive. Did not shift like the oem transmission. Took it back several months later, they replaced it for the second time. 8 months later, 1000 miles before my warranty expired the transmission started leaking major oil from the front seal. It also had a vibration in second gear, and bumped hard into third gear and overdrive. I drove it back to their shop,left the car. Picked up a day or so later. I asked what happened, they told me main seal was the problem, that's it your good to go. In reality, I am pretty sure they rebuilt the transmission for a third time, because this one seems to work properly at least for now !!! I don't have much faith especially when they treat you like you are the problem. On my last visit, before they would even look at the car, I had to prove the warranty was still in effect, email my receipt, Like I had not been there three times before with problems.

I replaced 2 Transmissions and had problems with both just out of 1 yr. warranty and they wouldn't stand behind them and offered $400 to off their 1 yr only transmission. Because who wouldn't want a one year transmission!

Went there for a transmission and they put a rebuilt one in. They said it was rebuilt and ready to go. I drove it off the lot and did not even make it home before I had broke down on the side of the road again. I called them back and told them what had happened and the first thing Lester asked was if I checked the transmission fluid!! Now why would I check the transmission fluid when I picked my truck up from a transmission shop? They then asked me if I could get it back to them so they could look at it. I said no, I'm on the side of the road. So they sent a tow truck the next day to get it. I had to get it towed to my house so it wasn't on the road. They did fix it but would not help me get it back to my house. I had to take more time off of work to go get it. I do not recommend them. You get what you pay for, they are cheap.
