We had great experience at the Fairlawn store, Annie in the furniture departemnt was extremely helpful. However the vendor used to deliver the furniture is aweful. If you have any furntire being delivered by a company called Urban Express, you are much better off delivering it yourself. Lastly, boycott the Parmatown store entirely, I went to the store to have the furniture price adjusted due to a recent sale. Since, it wasn't convenient for the store manager to process my request, she was going to have me drive all the way to Fairlawn over a half hour away to get the adjustment. I had to protest and the manager picked up the phone and worked it out. I thanked her for her time and she handed my receipt and rudely walked away. At this point, I'd say GO LOCAL or shop via the other stores that welcome your business. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
