I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism along with the customer service offered from West Side Lighting. The technician was very thorough in troubleshooting the issue I was having with my 3 way lamp. He repaired it in a very timely manner and explained the issue and the repairs done to resolve the problem.

What a remarkable find. Located in our community of "Old Brooklyn" of Cleveland.

We found them via the Internet while searching for places to buy new table lamps for our newly redecorated living room.
We had a list of 4 locations to visit. West Side Lighting was our first stop.
It was our only stop!

The owners are very design conscious and very willing to share their knowledge and expertise with you.
My wife was in retail for over 50 years and had her own business. She knows good customer service! These people have it. As will as quality products.

The lighting selection is limited, but it is quality products. We chose two different table lamps that are reminiscent of the Louis Comfort Tiffany style of the early 1900's.
There are also a significant selection of wall and hanging fixtures for any room in your home. Not to mention parts four almost any lighting repair.

The shades are stained glass, not plastic. The bases are made of formed "white metal," not the pre-formed aluminum or cheap "pot metal" found in so many lamp bases today.

The "tulip" shades, on the one lamp, are heat formed and shaped, one piece stained glass. Each tulip is slightly and individually different from the other 5 shades. Amazing handiwork.

All of their lamps are made in the USA by American craftsman. Many of these are one of a kind! Meaning, if they get broken you may not be able to replace them, especially the shade and globes.

We cannot adequately tell you how satisfied with our purchases we are. Although we can tell you that we are now considering new bedroom lamps!😉😁😉
