I’m not sure who this Yvonne lady is but I’ve been going to Wynoka faithfully for 7years. She has brought my hair from damage and thin to thick and healthy. She is not gimmick and neither are her products. She is known as the hair doctor. She is very professional and she carries herself like the business women she is.

My experience was not a good one for Xcessive hair salon in Garfield Hts. The owner claims she's into healthy hair but I observed Wynoka washing several clients hair and never cleaning or sanitizing the bowl after each one of us. But she made sure she took a black towel that looked like one she uses to dry our heads and wiped the floor with it! No she doesn't want suds or a drop of anything on her new laminate flooring. She in my opinion is more into her interior decorating and the appearance of the salon way more than the health of my hair. She overcharges too and of course over books. I was on time for my appointment but was in there for close to 4 hours for a wash, blow dry and flat tron style after squeezing clients in. She charged me $85.00 saying it was the conditioner! Boo! Hogwash! It was in my opinion GREED!! I told her it was a rip off and she responded "You should of asked first." It was my first and last time in that joint. A pretty place is no substitute for healthy hair. My eyes liked it my scalp HATED it. I'm impress with a stylist that takes time to sanitize the sinks after each client that's really healthy hair not just lip service gimmicks.
