When I moved in, it was honestly a good place to live, aside from kids running rampant everywhere, but I didn't mind that too much since I worked most of the hours that this took place. At first the staff which comprises of Nicole the manager and Steve the maintenance man were generous and seemed eager to please, but as time went on I found out they were full of empty promises, things that broke never got fixed even though several written work orders were put in, and would run into Steve and he would say he would get to it however never did. They have a VERY overbearing "courtesy" officer Chris, which uses his police car dash camera to spy on residents, also he is very rude and confrontational with any resident he pleases to and practices favoritism towards certain ppl and let's them get away with anything while others must over-abide by the rules and some rules he is "enforcing" are completely fabricated.if you think I am just a disgruntled customer, you would be somewhat correct, but it's only because of the experienced I've mentioned above, and if you want facts to back up that I am not the only one who feels this way here you go: I have watched this neighborhood go from a 100% occupancy complex to a 76% occupancy complex, and this is in peak season for potential renters to come in and find a place to live. Something has to be wrong when you lose 1/4 of all of your residents and they are willing to pay to get out of their lease bc of their dissatisfaction. There are constant parking issues, residents are parking in fire lanes because there is nowhere else to park, and in your lease it states that there is to be one vehicle per licensed occupant, and of all people, the police/"courtesy" officer that lives there has 3 vehicles parked right in front of his building (which goes back to my special treatment comment) it has been suggested that he move at least one of his cars such as his squad car , up to the main office building, (which is only a couple steps away from his building, yet he refuses, forcing others who live in the same building to park in the fire lane for which he then gives them a ticket).Nicole the apartment manager is nice to your face, but beware, she will talk rudely about you behind your back and she will also tell you anything going on in someone else's life without you even asking, just a childish thing to do. When people come in the office to file complaints, I have witnessed her write out the complaint whether on a computer or on paper, and then proceed to delete or throw it away when the person leaves (once again the whole favoritism thing) several noise complaints go on without consequence. It has become Thug central, uncontrolled teenagers are allowed to do what they please,. Multiple fights break out on premises, multiple thefts and burglaries have occurred .. Personally I have had an iPhone stolen from the gym ( which is also a joke, it's closed most of the time bc the equipment is run down, and is constantly vandalized by above mentioned thugs. If you want to live somewhere in Cleveland, please pass this neighborhood up, you will thank me.
