The most harrasing loan agency I ever seen, I lost my job and my grandmother was dianoised stage 4 cancer upon helping her and trying to find a job with the right schedule they come to my home almost ever day banging on my door like the cops would Osama bin Laden , I'm honestly just waiting to see if they are going to kick it in, I'm waiting for taxes "any day now.."but also thinking seriously about speaking with lawyer about the harrisment. Under the FDCPA, this is not legal type of collection behavior, but I would rather the harassment stop and wait till I can pay them , were only human no-one can go there whole life and not need help and get stuck they don't take that consideration....

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They will harass you to death! I had always paid my bills on time, until after surgery, they were not paid on the date due, they called every one that I put on my reference list and also called me over and over again on all my numbers including my work. I made arrangements, and they still called to make sure I was coming in on that certain day. They treat you like a CRIMINAL!

There isn't an option for ZERO stars, so they get a 1 of 5. Don't ever use this place unless you absolutely have to. We were in a bind, and yes they did help us, so I guess beggars can't be choosers. This place has been told multiple times to contact my wife at her work number because I can't receive phone calls at my place of employment. If we are even 1 day late, they still call EVERYONE on my reference list ACCEPT my wife. For example. our due date was 12/23 - a Sunday, two days before Christmas. They called everyone (all 8 people) on my reference list ACCEPT MY WIFE the day after Christmas - a Wednesday - and when I called back to tell them I would be in Friday to pay, they said I would have to physically come to the office that day to tell them I couldn't make a payment until Friday...complete waste of time, gas and sanity. They are, for the most part, nice. Except the manager, who got kind of hateful with me when I called to ask her to please call my wife first. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN, and advise anyone against using.
