I have been here for 5 months&I have enjoyed my stay&the Staff here,in my opinion are some of the most thoughtful&kindhearted,down to earth,profesional people I have ever met&they treat you like family&I am honored to be here in the atmosphere of these fine people&I plan on extending my stay here.

We have really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms and service are A1. We have felt at home since day one. We highly recommend if your in the area for an extended visit to stay her.

Need now crystal one bedroom studio needed wks ago

Daybreak is good place for a traveling construction worker. My room had a full kitchen, 4 burners, oven, microwave, and full size fridge. Kings size bed with a 32" t.v. Room was very clean and smelt nice. Staff is friendly an helpful.

This place is great for a long or short stay. They have full size kitchens and very convenient access to local businesses (grocery stores and Starbucks). The rooms are very spacious and clean and there is a nice courtyard in the back for kids to play or to grill out. It has all of the conveniences of home while you are away from home. The staff are very friendly and solicitious.

Very clean. Full size refrigerator, four burner oven and microwave makes preparing your own meals more economical. Insure laundry makes washing clothes much easier. Great hot water for long showers without pressure interruption. All these things make life in extended stay more comfortable. There's also dependable cable and wi-DI service. On site security and friendly customer service and management. My son and I had to stay here when making a new move to the area with a new job. This is a wonderful place to stay while in transition. I would recommend!

I have been living here for a month and I can't think of a better place to stay. The staff are friendly and they work with you if you are short on rent. I would definately recommend this place for anyone who wants a studio

the rooms are clean but i would not recommend this as a place to stay. a bunch of drunk people and drama and not a place for children. very low class

Had reasonable prices for weekly rates. It included all my utilities plus wi-fi & internet (which i have to have). I stayed for 3 months and during those 3 months I enjoyed my stay. Quiet & Safe atmosphere with 24 maintenence & security. The staff seemed like they worked really hard and did a really good job maintaining the property. I would definitely stay here again.

WOW! What an exceptional place to stay! This is the cleanest motel I've ever had the pleasure to visit and the staff were extremely helpful with great knowledge of the local area attractions. I will definitely stay here again and would HIGHLY recommend this motel to anyone who wants a clean,spacious room.

My husband and I stayed at Daybreak Suites for 7 weeks. We found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. The rooms were brand new and included a full kitchen. We were permitted to have our cat with us and that was important since we were in transition and waiting for our home. We had stayed at another motel in the area which was supposed to be an extended stay, but it was disgusting and after 2 nights, we moved to Daybreak Suites. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a place to stay for one night or one month or more!

This place is absolutely disgusting. When I told them that there red splotches on the bed from what I believed to be bed bugs they told me all they could is change the sheets. I tried to explain to them that bed bugs are an infestation and where probably covering the whole block of units, but management did not want to hear it. There was also mold all over the bathroom. My next call is to the health department.
