The staff is very nice and willing to help to make me better. I felt they were timely, understanding and answered all questions. Highly recommend.

My daughter was seen by a NP Jessi Steve in the office. On assessment, the NP viewed her ear drums. I asked her if they were without infection and she told me yes. She diagnosed her with a cold. The next day my daughter was worse. I took her to her primary care physican on assessment there was a huge ball of wax blocking her ear drum she could not have possibly seen her ear drum to see that it was without infection. Not only did she lie to me about this she did not care to take proper care of my child. She did in fact have an ear infection. This is an outrage. I will never take any of my family members there again. Not to mention when I recieved a call regarding the matter they women was very rude to me and undermining. As a healthcare professional myself, I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
