We are new patience at this facility & we absolutely loved Dr. Farrukh & the entire staff. I'm so glad that we found a family practice that made us feel like that is where we belong. Dr. Farrukh took time to make us feel comfortable & to listen to all of our concerns. :)

Love the doctor however the nurse fails us everytime. Haven't been able to even talk to the doctor about the matter because she intercepts every call. She never returns voicemails regardless of what time of day you call and how often you call. My mother suffers from a spinal cord injury and is unable to get out often however she still has No sense of urgency. And she has a poor attitude and speaks to you as though you are ignorant. Will be filing a formal complaint against this office for that reason alone.
