Provided by YPmobileI had an infected wisdom tooth that rotted up in the bone. Dr Hunter McCord did a wonderful job getting it out. I was able to get an quickly both for consultation and the surgery. The entire staff are friendly and professional and very efficient. I’m a wheelchair user and they were very considerate. They office is mostly accessible. The ramp into a back door is very steep but I was able to manage in my manual chair with minimal help up. Going down was independently done but you have to be careful of an uneven switch from the bottom of the ramp to the parking lot. The restroom is not wheelchair accessible. It is fairly small and the door opens in so there is no way to close it around a wheelchair of any size. If the door opened out it would be doable if the user had enough mobility to make about a 120 degree transfer from the right but not back onto the chair without some leg mobility. Even though there is a handrail next to the toilet, the toilet is small and low like for a child and would be impossible for me to transfer off of if the door did close. I feel that this is a very important issue which needs to be addressed. Otherwise I would definitely recommend that you choose these wonderful people to care for your dental surgery for family members of all ages. It was definitely worth my time driving to Cleveland TN for my care. #Expert#Good Facility#Very Professional

Provided by Doctor.comI had several bad teeth and Dr McCord did a good job taking them out. I did not even take the first pain pill. He was careful, explained it all and I would only go back there if I ever need to do it again. The staff was so nice, they went out of their way to be nice. While my wife was waiting for me during my surgery, they made her a fresh cup of coffee.
Thanks Dr McCord!

Provided by Doctor.comMy kid had his wisdom teeth out and was scared. They took time to explain and were so kind to him, I couldn't have been more pleased. After the surgery, he didn't have any trouble at all. Dr. McCord is really on top of his game, seemed to be very confident and I can see why.
Fantastic job!

Provided by Doctor.comMy teenager had to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed and she was so nervous and upset (partly due to the “horror stories†she had read on the internet), but Dr. McCord and his wonderful staff worked really hard to alleviate those fears prior to surgery. I felt very confident that they would take the absolute best care of her…and they did. And, they took all the time needed to answer my questions regarding surgery and post-surgery. I just cannot say how pleased I am with Dr. McCord and his staff!!

Provided by Doctor.comI was really nervous about having my wisdom teeth pulled. But Dr. McCord and his staff spent time with me, explaining things and holding my hand. I didn't feel a thing, and didn't even need a pain pill after the surgery. They really went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable because i was so scared. Provided by Doctor.comMy mother was referred to Dr. McCord by her regular dentist for an extraction of a very decayed/complicated tooth. She has seen several dentists and specialists in the past and has SEVERE dentist anxiety as a result (many horror stories). When we signed her in, the front office staff was friendly, attentive and very helpful. She had to have some X-rays before she saw the doctor and their equipment was state of the art technology and the technicians were very professional and knowledgable. When she saw Dr. McCord he was polite, sincere and very informative about the problems with her tooth. When the tooth was extracted everything went perfect, my mother was very at ease and had zero anxiety and zero complications. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and if we or anyone we know is in need of an oral surgeon Dr. Paul McCord will be highly reccomended!!
