The one bad review can not be Freck's F&L Imports for sure. I would not trust my vehicles to any one else than Freck and his team! I have never had a issue with them fixing my vehicle or any thing ever be missing from my vehicle. They are great and 100% trust worthy people!

The business that tylerdurden took his porshe to was not f&l imports. Freck eaton ownes f&l and is a honest man. The shop right next to him was run by eddie tinpenny and that sound like his shop. Freck eaton at f&l imports is one of the best guys you could ever meet. Unfortunatly there had been several customers that went to eddies shop and thought it was f&l because it was right next to it and had the same outcome as tyler with his porshe. Anybody that knows freck eaton will tell you he would bend over backwards for you he has been in business for 27 years in the same spot. I wish tylerdurden would come down and meet him so he can retract his statment about f&l and reinstate it about the shop next to him.

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS! The condition of his shop and yard should be your first warning to walk away. I had to take my car to this guy twice and both times it came back with a new problem. The first time I took my Porsche to this guy to have a power steering replaced. I didn't have it back a day before the pulley for the crankshaft fell off going down the road. I suspect it was because the tech forgot to torque the bolt holding it on. Shop would admit no fault and blamed me. Said I must have done something to it. They found me another pulley from one of the many junkers in the yard. I go to pick it up again and it is out of fuel. Stop for gas only a block away from the shop and find it pouring coolant all over the parking lot. Take it back and found that somebody had poked a hole in the lower radiator hose. Shop again admitted no fault. I'm on my way home the second time, reinstall my interface for the CD player and find there is no sound coming from either speaker. Somebody had stolen all the aftermarket speakers from the car but left the stereo because it had no faceplate. Shop said that if somebody jumped the fence inside their locked yard and stole it from their lot it was not their fault. I only took it to them one last time after that and they left the car with engine pieces in my trunk and the interior full of mud. I had to haul it home. At the time they were the only choice I had in the area. These guys are scam artists and the guy I dealt with appeared to be under the influence of drugs in almost every dealing I had with him. You cannot trust this shop. Oh and they charge and arm and a leg to do almost nothing. The mechanic told me my car was a "lemon" and that it was in terrible shape and I should just sell it and buy something else. Then he offered to buy it from me. Repeatedly. These guys were looking to gouge me for every penny they thought they could get out of me instead of actually fix my car. If you have a old water cooled Porsche and live in the Cleveland/Chattanooga area for the love of God please take it to EuroHaus in Knoxville (found them on google) or google one of several Porsche mechanics in Atlanta. It's better then going through this kind of nightmare with a shady unprofessional shop like this one.
