Pretty sad you have to threaten this company with reporting to the medical board and class action lawsuit, before you get the proper form of action and resolve... Very unprofessional !!!! would not recommend using any of these offices as a general practitioner.

New facility. The physician is very knowledgeable and staff are very helpful and friendly. No long waits.

Beautiful, clean clinic. Friendly staff. Bilingual. Peaceful. Changed to Fast Access Healthcare Cleveland for my Primary Care Provider.

LOVE this clinic! It was a nice, clean and friendly office. The staff there was very knowledgeable and kind. I would go back to them for any future need I may have. You need to check out this clinic!
