This is LOW INCOME housing, that said....Buildings are kept up well. Management does a good job at keeping rif-raf to a minimum. Pool is well kept, and grounds are kept clean and trim. It's not perfect, but it's probably one of the better low income choices around. Close to shopping, and easy access to I75.
