If I could give this salon zero stars, I would. I made the mistake of scheduling a hair appointment with Rochelle before my college graduation. Not only did she completely disregard the instructions I gave her for my hair, but was distracted the entire time. The first cut she made she had ruined my bangs. Not only was I unable to look in any form presentable on my graduation, but I had to wear it pinned back and in ponytail for two months for it even to be ready to try to be fixed. The salon I went to fix the damage said it will be four months to fix the damage she did. I paid $45, which the JCPenney manager would not refund but only offer for me to come back for Rochelle to fix (but it was too late!), for the worst haircut I've ever had and the worst service. Do not go here.
