Jesus Melendez, FNP-C, is a board certified family nurse practitioner. Jesus was born and raised in Venezuela. He moved to the United States with his family in 1989. He attended the Southern Adventist University School of Nursing where he received his degree in 2007. He was inducted into the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau, in 2005. Jesus is a bi-lingual provider, who is fluent in both English and Spanish.
