Founded in 1973, Bradley/Cleveland Services is licensed in Tennessee by the Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities to provide outpatient mental health, day and residential habilitation, supported living and placement services. It is also licensed by the Department of Health and the Department of Children s Services. The organization offers several health care services, including nursing, physical and occupational therapies, case management and therapeutic foster care services. In addition, it provides educational and residential services to assist children with disabilities in skill acquisition, therapeutic recreation and required clinical support. Bradley/Cleveland Services is approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and is located in Cleveland, Tenn.
