I bring my dog here for grooming and obedience training and they do a wonderful job with both. Susie has come a long way since starting the training and she continues to improve everyday. Thank you so much for being such a positive assistance to Susie and I.

Highly Recommended I was very happy with my experience with Lucky Dog. The prices were fair and the groomer did an excellent job. Since my initial visit I have been back several times with my dog and its always been good. I have referred many friends as well and they were all delighted to find a good groomer in the area. Very good people who do their business right!

Lucky Dog...what an appropriate name! We felt so lucky to find this wonderful place, it took the wonder out of wonder what we're going to do with Rosco (our beautiful black lab) while touring Italy. Much to our surprise when we came back our lab had learned some new commands from the trainer. Rosco and I have started attending these classes regularly, and I have become so much more fond of my lovely dog! Thanks so much for all your help!

About a month ago my dog booster was the worst dog ever and my wife told me that if I do not do something about him then she is kicking him out. Thank goodness I ended up finding Lucky Dog. After just 1 week of training he was a completely different dog. Now my wife says that he's a good boy! Thanks for saving my dog!!

What a refreshing small town feeling. It's like my dog doesn't have to leave my house at all. I loved the workers and I loved the hair cut on my dog. So many experienced dog people in one building, doing so many great things. I loved this place and recommend it to anyone that loves their dog liek their child.

I brought my dog in to get him shaved and they did not listen to what I asked at all! They ended up shaving him to the skin, leaving several razor burn spots that he has now licked, and according to the vet, are now infected. When I went back in requesting a refund, they refused. They stated that I had asked him to be smooth, which apparently means shaved completely of all hair. I am not a groomer, so smooth to me means not choppy. I wanted him to have a 1/4 inch shave, not shaved to the skin. They were very rude to me and told me that I am wrong to put him on antibiotics and that it is absurd that I want a refund. The owner said, "That is an interesting concept. So if you get a bad haircut you expect your stylist to refund your money?" I said, "Yes, if they butchered my hair and didn't cut it the way I asked." And she laughed! Don't take your animals to these rude, obnoxious people!

Cleveland needs a business and professionals like this. I stopped in and was greated by a happy professional that gladly should me around. The dogs were friendsly and happy. The building is clean and the rooms where beyond my expectations. I know they will do well. My poodle was groomed wonderly and she was so happy and looked fabulous.
