Horrible! Expect you to pay $45 for 3-months of service yet they rarely come to get your trash. We typically have to call them several times to remind them to get our trash. That's when you can actually get a hold of someone. This isn't a business, its a joke! They are currently 2 weeks behind on our trash and no one picks up the phone. Choose ANYONE else for trash service.

0 STARS IS WHAT THIS COMPANY NEEDS THEY WHERE GOOD FOR 6 MONTHS AND THEN CASHED ARE 45 DOLLAR CHECK THEN STOPPED COMING SAME THING WITH OUR NEIGHBORHOOD.I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I WOULD GO PAY THEM A VISIT BUT DONT FEEL LIKE GOING TO JAIL OVER 45 BUCKS

AWFUL!!! Changed our date without warning. Will only pick up at their convenience. But will charge you for the whole month. Won't answer phone and when confronted face to face will claim he is not the owner. Don't even waste your time with them

I figured I would be courteous and use M&M Disposal, since the owner is a friend. Since I've had them, they never come on time. They show up 4 days late, and that is only after you call them. Once or twice I can understand Michael, but every freaking week? I'll take my business elsewhere, because when I pay for dependable and quality services, that is what I expect!

Very unreliable company, especially recently. No communication with their customers about pickup delays. Cannot reach anyone on the phone regularly. Did not properly credit a payment nor acknowledge a Christmas bonus. The few times I have been able to speak to someone, the woman was very unprofessional. The man is pleasant, but apparently they are unable to run a successful and reliable trash service. I cannot believe that they have had so much misfortune with equipment as they seem to have had. If I were running this company I would keep my customers aware of the problem and rent a truck if necessary to make sure my customers were taken care of. It is unacceptable to have a situation where you never know whether or not to expect trash pickup on the traditional day or at all.

If there was a negative 5 stars, I would select that but unfortunately, I had to give them 1 star. They never come when they say they will. If they tell you Tuesday, expect Friday! Please I beg of you do not use this company...you will reget it.

I dont know who the person that gave them 5 stars has been using but we have only been using M&M for 3 months and they have not showed up 6 times. They rarely ever answer the phone and NEVER call you back! They always have an excuse for why they didnt show up THIS time! They dont give refunds for their horrible business SHOCK! They woman that answers the phone is rude and unprofessional to say the least. The guys that work are nice but cant get the job done. Do yourself a favor go with someone else!

I have been using M&M Disposal for years now and have been very pleased with their service. Prompt and courteous!

never use m&m disposal. this co. is not reliable.never can reach them by phone or even leave a message. if your lucky and can leave a message they do not return your call.
