My son was with a friend who broke down at a blind spot with minimal shoulder on I75 and I decided to call a tow truck in order to solve the issue in the fastest and safest way. North and South towing immediately dispatched a rollback who almost beat me to the spot. He quickly loaded the vehicle and got out of there and brought it to my house. At that point we discussed payment. It's my belief that this driver was more focused on safety than payment and I really appreciate it

These people order lunch and conducted personal business in another too for nearly an hour the when I confronted the owner he said"if you don't shut your mouth " I will impound your car and charge you so much that you can never afford to get it out. Still trying to pay for the tow even though my insurance covered it they did not take a thing but cash, I had a taxi take me to get cash. When I returned they had a gigantic pit waiting an d called him into the office where I. Was alone
I was afraid fir my life and hurt my leg trying to back away from the door but it was blocked by the dog. Thus us the services this company provides so please say a prayer for them and use another company for your own safety!

Nothing worse than working all day and finally head home when my car decided it didn't want to go anywhere! Called North & South and their driver got to me in 15 minutes and I was home within 45 and my car unloaded! Thanks for the help, I did not want to be stranded at work!! Referring you all to everyone! By the way my in town tow was $40 dollars can't beat that!
