GREAT experience getting my long haired cat groomed at this store. A lot of people will not accept cats, but he was treated wonderfully and looked fantastic.
Michelle Melton has recently returned to this location, and if you need a professional, talented groomer in Cleveland, TN, she is the one to ask for!

Michelle in grooming did such a wonderful job with my mini aussie. I would recommend her for all your grooming needs!

GROOMING ONLY!!! a lady in the grooming section called me a liar, a crazy old man, and asked me to leave because I complained about the services we recieved in the previous visit. They bathed my dog and didn't get the dried up eye discharge off her face or wash her bottom. Why pay for a bath if you have to give them another one when they get home?

I took my dog for her appointment (that they said i didn't have). Kept her for THREE hours in a cage without grooming her. And when we called to check on her the staff and manager were very rude! The place was filthy! NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP IN THERE OR TAKE MY DOG!!!!!!!!

I NEVER buy pets there they always die and everyone I know does to!! prices r high I got a boa with mouth problems she die and won't replace her or pay the vet bill over 200 dollars. I wish they would shut down

I went in just to ask about having tips put on my cats claws, because they hung up on me when I called, they were VERY rude and the dogs they were grooming were yelping because one cut its ear, they showed no compassion. I will never take my dog here thats for SURE!!

I took my 2 dogs to get baths and one to get clipped. Picked them up and the one I had clipped had several places where he was shaved right to the skin. My other dog was shedding just as bad as when I took her in. After a good bath, she stops shedding for a while. She didn't even smell good.

And to top it off the staff was horrible! Very rude, no smiles, thank you, nothing.

I only went to this store bc I had moved but I will now take the extra time to drive to Petsmart in Hixson where staff and service is wonderful AND cheaper for the same service!

I definitely DON'T recommend the grooming at this store!!!

i was at petco in cleveland, tn today. they werew having adoption day with the organizations ark etc of cleveland, tn There was a siamese kitten with very infected eyes. I notified the owners and they said it wasn,t contagious, however it looked so sick and close to other animals and children were handling all of the animals and it too. I talked to employees of petco and they said the only requirement was they needed tto have their first shot. This is not animal rescue ,it is a disgrace to animal lovers everywhere

they were very rough with my shihtzu and left many open cuts on him from the blades.the girl that did mine had no compassion

This store is in a good location across from the mall. They always have everything we need for our cats and dogs.
