We ordered a catnapper electric reclining chair. We were told it would take 3 to 4 werks for our order to arrive. It is now week number 5, so i called this morning the woman who answered didnt give a name. Told her we haven't received our order or any updates on it. She went to check and then proceeded to tell me that they haven't got the chair. I explained that the sales rep at the time gave us the 3 to 4 week time frame which would b just in time for my dad to use this chair after his surgery. The woman then said we can't give time lines cause we never know when it would really come in. She showed no remorse for use getting the wrong time line and just acted like she didn't give a damn about anything I had to say wouldnt even hear my complaint just horrible customer service and this will be the last time we ever purchase from them. Now we won't get the chair until week 7 or 8, which is just useless at this point. Very disappointed and I can't believe they treat anyone with this lack of respect. They should be ashamed!!

I wanted to buy this couch but hated the pillows that came on it. They would not change the pillows I wanted. They wouldn't come off the price by of the pillows and I spoke with the manager Jeff and he wouldn't help me either. They wouldn't make a deal with me bc I didn't like these pillows that came on it. They do not have very good service at all. I wouldn't purchase anything from this store!!! You'll have better luck at Ashley Furniture or online at any other store. I would not shop here!!! It's sad they blew a sale bc they wouldn't change pillows. So if that tells u anything people.

I ordered a couch and was told originally that it would take one week to come in, It has now been three and I was offered to come look at another couch that was similar. I take off of work today to come look at it and it was the couch I had ordered. They did not notice it was my order and put it on the sales floor, and before inviting me to come look at it did not check it. Also I was told that I would be getting two years interest free on the financing that I did. The two years interest free was on the sign out in front of the store, the sales person told me it would be two years interest free, and the woman that helped me sign the paper work said that it was two years interest free. When the bank lady called she advised me that they put on the paper work one year interest free. avoid this place!

I would not buy from Scott's again. Scott’s sold our furniture to us and told out that it could be 2 to 3 weeks before you to get your furniture now every week we call and get told it will be 1 more week. It has now my 6 weeks. I had a coworker buy from them and it took 6 or 7 weeks to get his furniture as well. I should have listened to my coworker and bought somewhere else. Scott Furniture doesn’t care how long it takes to get your furniture. I would pay more and go someone where else. Update. My wife called and was told it is on the truck it would be 1 more week. I called ask to talk with the manager and she told me she would get down to it. She call me back told me the manufacturer was out of the fabric they are due to have it next week and it will take 1 week to get it here. so now we are up to 8 weeks still no furniture. They would not work with us at all. They said we give you free sales tax. That is all we will do for you. I can tell you i will never buy from there again!

Had an issue with Scotts and they have agreed to offer their assistance in the issue resolution.

Great store, Great prices, Excellent sales staff. Will be back..Thank you for a great shopping experience..
