We purchased vinyl plank flooring and kitchen cabinets and we couldn't be happier. We installed the flooring but had them install the cabinets. Their installer Jeff was wonderful and the kitchen looks fantastic! Tommy and Tyler were great to work with and we would definitely recommend them. The selection and pricing are great.

I used this company for many years without issue, but my recent transaction with them was absolutely dreadful. The job was a simple one: replacing the vinyl floor in one of my apartment units. When the installer moved the fridge, he "popped" the water line below the valve in the wall. It took them 30+ minutes to cut the water off. I don't think anyone thought to at least attempt to contain the water. When all was said and done, the living room and back bedroom was also flooded with water. I arrived to an absolute disaster. A disaster that the company insisted my insurance or myself should pay for. After speaking to installers for my families company in West Virginia, I felt that the installers insurance should be responsible for the damages. To add insult to injury, I actually paid them to move the appliances! Value Flooring maintained that it was not their responsibility. I shouldered the whole cost of the bill and told the owner that we would no longer be doing business together. Consider yourself warned. This company values money over integrity.
