I witnessed the conversation from the negative review of Amanda and I feel really sorry for the owner. I can only say I am thrilled with the experience I with Westside Christian Academy and I wouldn't want my child to be anywhere else.

Cameras are great, childcare staff is friendly. The male owner is rude to others, and seems to only care about money instead of my child.

This is one of the Best Childcare Centers In the World, the owners are very caring and Christ Centered, loving people, they are very cautious to pick out the best teachers! I love the internet camera's they are awesome if you worry about seeing your child! If you want your child to get the best education at an early age I HIGHLY recommend you enroll them here.

I waited 7 months just to get my child enrolled and I am so glad we waited. I did not find another place that was as comforting to know was caring for my son. My husband and I love the large classrooms and as others have said it is very nice to look at the internet camera and see what he is doing. Now they are opening an inside playground for the kids, we can't wait to see that when its done. AAA+++ childcare.

Ok, This person writing the negative review is completely NOT speaking the truth! I have had my sweet little angel there since September of 2010, just a few weeks or so after they opened and I have only seen excellent quality in care in all areas! The Caregivers are positive, well-trained, loving, creative, dependable, and very clean! The snacks and meals are EXCELLENT. I am very picky about what I feed my children and WCA is one of he only places I know of that serves the healthy options of food such as whole grain pastas, fruits, and vegetables regularly. NO PACKS OF CHEETOS ARE SERVED at WCA! :) They do their best to protect ALL of the children. If a child is sick they ask you not to bring them. If your child is always hurting others, well, after they have worked with you, they will DISMISS YOU AND YOUR CHILD for the safety of all children. I have personally witnessed the owners patiently working with parents when their child has hurt other children...again, AND, I have personally witnessed the parents "harassing" the owners one day when I went to pick up my angel because of the decision to ask the parents to leave. The owners have integrity and the courage to do what needs to be done! And they truly love all of the children there! WCA is truly a Cleveland, Tennessee Treasure!! I am thankful for WCA and it's owners!

Mr Elliot posted the negative review of this facility because his son was disenrolled for harming other children. It is very hurtful to see him retaliate by trying to harm our center. Please tour the facility and make your own decision instead of accepting the review of Mr Elliot because his child had to be removed.

This daycare is completely terrible. As a parent I would plead with you to take your child elsewhere. At first glance I was impressed with the curriculum and webcam service. Unfortunately, the cliques run rampant and the need for tuition trumpets all. Sad.
